- Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Head Human Resources to lead the HR function for a large, fast-growing consumer-facing retail business in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strategic HR leader with deep exposure to high-scale, frontline-intensive environments, capable of driving people strategy aligned with aggressive business growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic HR business partner to the CEO and Leadership Team

- Design and execute end-to-end HR strategy for a multi-location retail organization

- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership hiring at scale

- Drive performance management, reward & recognition, and succession planning

- Build robust employee engagement, culture, and retention frameworks for frontline and leadership talent

- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and regional HR best practices

- Lead organizational transformation, change management, and capability building

- Oversee HR operations, policies, governance, and HR digitization initiatives

Candidate Profile

- 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

- Mandatory experience in consumer-facing businesses such as: Retail / FMCG / FMCD / FMEG / Paints / Large Distribution-led Organizations

- Strong exposure to large workforce management (frontline + leadership)

- Proven experience working in high-growth, high-volume environments

- Prior Middle East / GCC exposure is highly preferred (KSA experience is a plus)

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities

Educational Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM / PG HRM

- Degree must be from a Top-tier / reputed B-School
