HR Head - PUNE
Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader to serve as the Head of Human Resources in Pune, tasked with steering our people agenda through a phase of significant organizational growth. In this role, you will act as a key advisor to the leadership team, translating business objectives into high-impact HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that our talent acquisition, development, and retention frameworks are not only robust but also aligned with our long-term commercial goals. By bridging the gap between operational excellence and human capital management, you will directly influence employee engagement, organizational agility, and the overall success of our business units.
This is a high - impact leadership mandate for an HR professional who can build, transform and scale the HR function, working directly with the senior leadership team.
The role will encompass organisation design, HR transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, compensation, culture and HR governance.
We are looking for a business - oriented HR leader with 15 - 20 years of experience, preferably having led HR in a growing, project - driven organisation and partnered closely with a Promoter, Director, CEO or senior leadership team.

Location:
- Pune | Pune - based candidates ONLY.
