Role Overview:
As the Head of Human Resources, you will serve as the strategic architect of our organizational culture and human capital framework. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and people operations, working closely with the C-suite and board members to align talent initiatives with long-term commercial objectives. Your day-to-day will involve navigating complex organizational shifts, mentoring high-potential leadership teams, and fostering an environment of high performance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive HR Generalist strategies that streamline operational efficiency and support the scaling of business units across multiple locations.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to solve complex organizational challenges and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead large-scale Change Management initiatives to ensure organizational readiness during mergers, acquisitions, or shifts in business models.
- Architect robust Leadership Development programs that identify and nurture internal talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for critical roles and long-term succession planning.
- Overhaul Performance Management systems to cultivate a high-accountability culture that rewards meritocracy and aligns individual contributions with corporate goals.
- Oversee the HR Head functions, including policy governance, total rewards, and employee relations, to ensure compliance and a superior employee value proposition.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in translating complex business goals into actionable human capital strategies, backed by 18 - 22 years of progressive experience in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders at the board and executive levels, utilizing persuasive communication and high emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive organizational dynamics.
- Proven track record in managing organizational transformation, with a deep understanding of how to lead teams through periods of significant structural or cultural change.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging HR metrics and workforce analytics to drive decision-making and improve operational outcomes.
- Advanced educational background, preferably an MBA in Human Resources from a premier business school, providing a solid foundation in organizational behavior and business management.
- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to manage distributed teams effectively while maintaining a strong, unified corporate culture across hubs.
