About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Leader to head the Human Resources function for a leading Real Estate organization.
The role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, HR operations, and business partnering initiatives to support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Drive Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Development programs.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity.
- Lead Employee Engagement, Culture Building, and Change Management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
- Manage HR budgets, policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
- MBA / MSW in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong exposure to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.
- Experience in managing HR strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and HR governance.
