Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, and site-based roles (agents, construction staff), develop employer branding, manage onboarding, succession planning, and career development.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Resolve complex employee issues, manage grievances, ensure fair practices, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance management (appraisals), and ensure strict adherence to labor laws (including construction/site-specific regulations) and company policies.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR initiatives that support market expansion and business objectives.
- Site-Level HR Support: Conduct site visits, resolve site-specific HR issues, and manage HR operations for large project teams, often involving a significant blue-collar workforce.
- Training & Development: Implement L&D programs to enhance skills and retention across departments.
