Role Overview:

Our client is looking for Lead HR strategist to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a positive work culture.

Align HR initiatives with business goals, ensure compliance, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.

- Design compensation & benefits programs ensuring compliance.

- Foster diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage risk.

- Drive learning, development, and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Masters in HR or Business Administration preferred.

- 10+ years HR leadership experience (3+ years in senior role, preferably real estate).

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR tech, and organizational development.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
