A fast growing Quick commerce platform backed by well established players is looking for a young and dynamic Head of HR who will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing, and executing HR strategies, leading talent acquisition and working with the company's leadership in strengthening the internal culture, systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the organization's vision, mission, and business goals.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning and organizational design.

2. Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.

- Ensure a smooth onboarding process that integrates new employees into the company culture effectively.

3. Compensation and Benefits:

- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in compensation and benefits management.

- Regularly review and adjust policies to remain competitive in the market.

4. Employee Engagement and Culture:

- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment and enhance job satisfaction.

- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to address concerns and improve engagement.

5. Performance Management:

- Develop and manage a robust performance management system that includes setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.

- Ensure alignment between individual performance objectives and organizational goals.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to monitor workforce trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and inform decision-making.

- Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to the leadership team.

7. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.

Key Qualifications:

1. 10-12 years of experience in HR, with experience in talent acquisition and leading HR for a large field sales team. Current or prior experience in a consumer tech / D2C/ ecommerce / q-com startup will be preferred.

2. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

3. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence and inspire.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

5. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.

6. Proficiency in HR technology, including HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
