Role Overview
The Head - HR will lead the end-to-end people agenda across corporate, sales, and manufacturing. The role will anchor workforce strategy, factory HR & labour management, sales HR business partnering, talent architecture, and culture building - while ensuring statutory compliance and scalable systems for growth.
Core Competencies & Responsibilities
- Design and institutionalize goal-setting, performance review, and feedback systems.
- Drive high-performance culture with differentiated rewards and clear growth pathways.
- Identify high-potential talent and create accelerated development tracks.
- Build succession pipelines for key leadership and plant roles.
- Develop leadership bench strength for sales and manufacturing expansion.
- Oversee payroll, HR operations, HRIS, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Design L&D roadmap across leadership, plant workforce, and sales teams.
- Drive inclusive policies and workplace practices across corporate and factory environments.
Experience & Qualification
- 8 - 14 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to FMCG / manufacturing environments.
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institution preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability with business leaders.
