Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18, India
Key Responsibilities:
The Head of HR will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, with a strong focus on strategic execution and operational excellence in a demanding EPC project environment. Key areas include:
Strategic HR Leadership: Act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on organizational structure, talent strategy, and workforce planning to support business growth and project execution.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee and drive high-volume, specialized recruitment for all levels, particularly for critical engineering, technical, and project management roles within the EPC/Oil & Gas domain.
- Develop and implement effective Talent Management and Succession Planning frameworks.
- Design and manage robust performance appraisal systems and career development paths.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
- Manage and execute competitive C&B policies, ensuring alignment with market trends and company strategy.
- Oversee annual compensation review processes.
Global Mobility & Expatriate Management:
- Manage all aspects of Global Mobility, including expatriate contracts, compensation, taxation, immigration, and relocation logistics for both inbound and outbound assignees.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure efficient and compliant HR Operations, including HRIS management, payroll coordination, documentation, and policy implementation.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive, high-performance work culture through effective Stakeholder Engagement, communication, and employee relations initiatives.
- Handle complex employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Identify organizational training needs and oversee the design and delivery of effective L&D programs tailored for an EPC environment.
