A leading NGO looking an experienced HR professional to lead HR Department in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, be tech-savvy, and have experience working in the development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Management: Oversee and manage the HR department, ensuring efficient operations and effective implementation of HR policies.
- Tech-Savvy: Leverage technology and HR tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
- Process-Driven: Develop, implement, and monitor HR processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Development Sector Experience: Utilize expertise gained from working in the development sector to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Age: Above 45 years
- Experience: Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, tools, and technologies (e.g., HRIS, recruitment platforms, performance management systems)
- Development Sector Experience: Experience working in the development sector, understanding its unique challenges and requirements
- Tamil and Hindi is must
