About Our Client:
Our client is a leading financial services organization with a strong growth trajectory and a reputation for operational excellence and governance. The firm is on an accelerated expansion path and is looking to strengthen its leadership team.
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the enterprise-wide People Strategy aligned to business growth and regulatory priorities
- Partner with the CEO and Board to drive leadership hiring, succession depth, and organizational design
- Build high-performance frameworks that enhance productivity, accountability, and commercial outcomes
- Oversee compensation philosophy, rewards strategy, and workforce planning in a regulated ecosystem
- Institutionalize governance-led HR practices, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and cultural alignment
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institution (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, etc.) with around 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong background in NBFC / Financial Services with exposure to regulated, scale-driven environments
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic business decisions.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing, multi-location teams
- Executive presence, and the ability to drive culture, capability, and transformation at scale
