About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic, mid-sized manufacturing organisation with a strong presence in domestic and international markets. They are seeking a strategic, people-first Head of HR to lead their function across manufacturing and sales locations, driving talent strategy and fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Location: Madurai/Coimbatore/Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape & drive company wide HR strategy to support business growth, including domestic & international markets

- Lead talent strategy, including workforce planning, succession, and leadership development across functions

- Cultivate a high-performance culture with strong engagement, accountability, and organisational alignment

- Oversee governance, compliance, and industrial relations to ensure enterprise-wide stability

- Strengthen HR capability through data-driven systems, performance-linked rewards & scalable processes

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership

- Experience in manufacturing or promoter-led/family-run organisations, with exposure to domestic and international markets is preferred

- Proven ability to lead HR across corporate and shop-floor environments

- Strong track record in talent strategy, leadership development, and retention

- Strategic thinker with operational agility and a culture-driven, people-empowering approach
