About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive the HR function for a leading food production company. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, and will focus on aligning people strategy with business objectives across sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to drive talent strategy, performance management, and workforce planning for retail and sales teams.

- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development, and compliance.

- Develop and implement HR policies and practices tailored to the manufacturing and retail business context.

- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and scale.

- Ensure effective talent retention strategies, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO on workforce matters impacting retail and sales.

Requirements:

- 15 to 22 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Sales HR and Retail experience

- Mandatory background in the Retail Chain business or Food Production industry/food or beverage sector.

- Proven ability to partner with leadership and manage large, dispersed teams.

- Demonstrated success in aligning HR practices with commercial objectives.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, field workforce management, and performance-driven HR culture.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Candidates currently based in Hyderabad are preferred.
