Description:
People Strategy & Culture:
- Partner with leadership to define and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs
- Drive organization design, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives
- Lead change management and org development projects
Talent Acquisition:
- Own end-to-end hiring across functions and levels
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future scale
HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and people managers
- Enable a performance-driven culture and manage core HR cycles (PMS, engagement, etc.)
- Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and capability building
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage HR processes including onboarding, payroll, policies, and compliance
- Drive HR tech adoption and process automation
- Ensure statutory and labor law compliance
Learning & Development:
- Build and execute the L&D roadmap across behavioral and functional areas
- Drive leadership development and continuous learning culture
- Track and measure training effectiveness
Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience across HR, TA, HRBP, Ops, and L&D
- MBA from a reputed B school is a must
- Proven track record in mid-sized or fast-growing companies
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Hands-on execution with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
