Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). - 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment managing 1000+ employees. - Strong expertise and hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, including managing unionized workforces and handling collective bargaining agreements. - Proven ability to manage and motivate a large workforce (~2000 employees). - In-depth knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents), and manufacturing HR practices. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. - Strong leadership capabilities with experience in leading multi-functional HR teams. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
