About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established, mid-sized manufacturing organization with a strong legacy and growing presence across domestic and export markets. As they continue to professionalize and scale, they are looking to onboard a seasoned HR leader to drive the people agenda across corporate and plant operations, while building structured, future-ready HR practices. This role will be reporting to the CEO.
Location: Kochi
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall HR function, driving the transition towards more structured, process-driven and scalable people practices
- Partner closely with business leadership to align HR strategy with growth plans across manufacturing and allied functions
- Drive talent strategy including workforce planning, capability building and leadership development across locations
- Strengthen industrial relations, employee engagement and governance to ensure operational stability across plants
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including compliance, performance management, rewards and HR systems
Ideal Candidate:
- 12-18 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing environments
- Proven experience leading HR across both plant and corporate setups, including strong industrial relations exposure
- Fluency in Malayalam is essential for effective stakeholder and workforce engagement
- Experience in promoter-led or evolving organizations transitioning towards professional structures is preferred
- Strategic yet hands-on leader with strong execution capability and a people-centric approach
