About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the organization's HR function and drive the overall people strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic HR management, talent development, organizational culture building, and compliance. This leadership role requires a proactive, business-minded professional capable of aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

- Partner with the leadership team to shape company culture, structure, and growth roadmap.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across levels.

- Design and implement talent development, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Build a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.

- Drive engagement programs that foster employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Develop competitive compensation structures aligned with market trends.

- Oversee payroll management, benefits administration, and rewards programs.

Compliance & Policy Management:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

- Regularly review and update HR policies to maintain a compliant and equitable workplace.

Learning & Development:

- Identify training needs and oversee capability development initiatives.

- Promote leadership development programs to strengthen internal talent pipelines.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in strategic HR management, organizational development, and policy formulation.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and modern HR technology tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
