Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans

- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes for technical and managerial positions

- Design and manage performance management systems, appraisals, and succession planning

- Oversee compensation & benefits structure, salary benchmarking, and reward programs

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory acts, and statutory HR requirements

- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and industrial relations with unions

- Lead organizational development, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs

- Manage HR operations including payroll, attendance, leave management, and HRIS

- Handle disciplinary actions, exit interviews, and employee lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

- Education: MBA in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Experience: 3-5 years - preferably in manufacturing sector

- Technical Skills: Labor law expertise, compensation design, HRIS systems, performance management frameworks

- Leadership: Proven track record managing HR teams, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, change management experience
