
Accountabilities & Responsibilities of the Job:
Strategic HR :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success
- Aligned HR activities as per organization HR philosophy, policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement
Talent Acquisition:
- To ensure end to end recruitment processes to attract top talent to strengthen Ports Team
- Enhance onboarding experience for all new joinees to make them ready to perform in shortest timeline
Talent Management:
- To ensure proper Talent pipeline in the Organization to mitigate business risk
- To identify & facilitate nurturing of Hi Potential Talent
- To provide growth to internal talent through structured program
- To develop tomorrow's leader in the Biz
Capability Enhancement:
- To enhance capability of the workforce by identifying & facilitating desired Learning Needs
- To design the framework to make workforce future ready
- To identify the skill gap in the organization & prepare comprehensive plan to bridge the gap
Employee Engagement:
- To carryout Employee Engagement Survey and derived action plan to enhance Employee Engagement Score in Port Biz
- To prepare & implement Employee Engagement framework across Port sites
- Drive various Employee Wellbeing programs in the Port Biz
Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance:
- To ensure smooth ER in various sites of Port Biz in the country
- To integrate new sites into organization Ports
- To ensure necessary compliances as per applicable labour laws in all sites of Ports
- To liaison with various external stakeholders & other interested parties to ensure smooth functioning of all Ports
Leading HR Function:
- To equip & develop various HR Leads available in different sites of Ports to deal with various internal & external stakeholders
- To establish common policies for Port Biz which can enable HR Leads to function effectively at sites
- To lead HR team during integration / post integration activities
