- Note: This role requires hands-on experience in Plant HR and IR compliances, along with Corporate HR exposure including PMS and succession planning.

- Candidates should be comfortable travelling to the companys four plant locations at least once every month.

Role Overview:

The Senior HR Leader will be responsible for driving the overall Human Resources strategy across corporate and manufacturing locations.

This role requires a strong blend of plant HR and corporate HR experience, with hands-on exposure to industrial relations, workforce management, leadership development, and strategic HR partnering.

The incumbent will work closely with business leaders to enable growth, productivity, and a high-performance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & Business Partnering:

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

- Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy to support shortand long-term business objectives.

- Support leadership in change management initiatives and cultural transformation.

Plant HR & Industrial Relations:

- Oversee end-to-end Plant HR operations across manufacturing units, including workforce planning, compliance, and employee relations.

- Manage recruitment and onboarding of shop-floor workers, supervisors, and plant leadership.

- Ensure adherence to all labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory regulations.

- Handle grievance management, disciplinary processes, and productivity-linked initiatives (where applicable).

Corporate HR Operations:

- Lead recruitment for corporate and managerial positions, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.

- Partner with functional heads to assess capability gaps and build future-ready teams.

Performance Management & Talent Development:

- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Performance Management System (PMS).

- Drive succession planning for critical roles across plant and corporate functions.

- Identify high-potential talent and create robust career progression and retention strategies.

Learning, OD & Capability Building:

- Lead Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including role clarity, structure reviews, and leadership interventions.

- Conceptualize and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs for shop-floor, middle management, and senior leadership.

- Drive capability-building initiatives aligned with business needs and productivity goals.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives across locations to improve morale, retention, and employer branding.

- Conduct employee surveys, analyse feedback, and implement actionable improvement plans.

- Promote a strong culture of safety, inclusion, ethics, and continuous improvement.

Administration & Facilities Oversight:

- Oversee Administration functions across plant and corporate offices, including facilities, transport, security, and vendor management.

- Ensure cost efficiency, safety, and seamless administrative support to business operations.

Key Requirements:

- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed Management institute.

- 12+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably textiles or allied industries.

- Strong exposure to both Plant HR and Corporate HR.

- Proven experience in PMS, succession planning, workforce planning, and industrial relations.

- Hands-on experience in recruitment of factory workforce as well as white-collar professionals.

- Demonstrated expertise in OD, L&D, capability building, and employee engagement.

- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.

- Willingness to travel to plant locations PAN INDIA.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
