Head - Human Resources - Manufacturing

The Role: PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT, IDEALLY HANDLING BOTH MANUFACTURING, CORPORATE OFFICE & SALES/MARKETING TEAMS.

Successful implementation of the following:

a. TPM implementation and policy and compliance at all levels.

b. Industrial relations, wages, disputes and grievance handling, negotiating with workers, manage union meetings, training and development of workers, handling of all legal matter, labour court matters, disciplinary action wherever required, PF and ESI matters.

c. Factories act, PF, ESI, Labour compliance, compensation claims, employee welfare programmes, preparation of skill matrix, performance evaluation, counselling of labour force and reward strategy, ensure low employee turnover.

d. HR Planning, recruitment/ selection and induction

e. General administration like Security, Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping, budgeting, cost management and CSR activities.

f. All Labour office and PF related activities - with the help of his tram members.

g. He will work closely with the senior management to develop policies and strategies related to human resources. He will also need to ensure the successful implementation of the policies and strategies throughout the organization.

h. He will be responsible to ensure that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the company's objectives.

i. He must have deep knowledge of HR-related market trends and laws

j. You should advise the board and senior management on all related subjects.

k. You should display strong leadership qualities on a number of fronts, including demonstrating a high level of professional ethics, nurturing team talent, and championing our corporate initiatives.
