Position based with a Large Manufacturing Group
Job Purpose :
- Develop and implement the HR strategy for the organization, lead & oversee the HR interventions and assist in the implementation of group HR initiatives to meet the people development needs of the organization.
Key Accountabilities :
- Engage with the business leadership to understand business and group priorities to develop the HR AOP for the organization
- Develop and plan the key initiatives to address the priorities in the AOP along with the budget
- Review and recalibrate organization design, role, spans of control and reporting aligned with business strategy
- Engage and coordinate with group HR team to provide context and inputs on the talent needs and priorities for the organization to help develop overall TA and Compensation Philosophy
- Lead the targeted talent/ leadership management initiatives for the organization (succession planning)
- Review and recalibrate the AOP in an agile manner to address any change / growth and priorities
- Create and execute the manpower plan to develop the TA Plan for the organization.
- Lead and ensure goal sheets are prepared and reviewed for the roles in the organization
- Deploy the compensation philosophy for the organization; provide inputs and insights to the group P&R to develop compensation philosophy for organization.
- Oversee and review training needs assessment; engage with stakeholders to understand the future talent needs of the organization
