Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Operations: Lead and manage the full range of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, statutory compliance, compensation & benefits, L&D, employee engagement, and industrial relations.
- Attrition Reduction & Engagement: Drive structured wellness programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and capability-building initiatives to reduce attrition and enhance employee engagement across multi-plant setups.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Formulate and implement HR policies ensuring alignment with legal standards, organizational goals, and industry benchmarks. Promote a culture of discipline, fairness, and compliance.
- Cross-Functional HR Projects: Lead high-impact HR initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational agility, drive compliance, and elevate employee satisfaction in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning: Develop and drive talent development frameworks and succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and internal mobility for critical roles.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinking with strong operational execution
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience managing multi-location HR operations
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
