Head HR Looking for Head HR with a leading multinational based at Delhi/ NCR. Responsibilities: - Support in leading the development and execution of the HR strategic plan and initiatives to support the business strategies and promote a unified company culture. - Manage the processes and day-to-day operations of Human Resources. - Works with managers to identify human resources issues/problems and provides leadership and leads in providing/implementing solutions. - Support and drive multiple HR project initiatives, resourcing plans including HR budgets and driving project delivery to assure that the business goals and objectives are met. - Responsible for employee engagement in corporate functions; design and execute employee engagement plan for various functions. - Implement reward and recognition schemes, communicate new schemes as appropriate with relevant guidelines in order to ensure that talent is appropriately recognized, motivated and developed. Qualification & Experience: - Looking for MBA at least 10 years of experience preferable from facilities management, logistics or courier companies.
