- The Head - HR will be responsible for leading the entire spectrum of Liabilities[Pan India] Business of the bank. HR strategy, organizational development, and people initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's business goals.
- This role involves collaborating with top management, developing capability frameworks, driving leadership development, optimizing the performance management system, and fostering a high-engagement, performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning to talent sourcing from diverse channels.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective recruitment of top talent.
- Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.
2. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with top management to design and implement competency and capability frameworks.
- Formulate and execute Learning & Development policies for leadership growth.
- Identify training needs through skill mapping and competency gap analysis, and manage budgeting, scheduling, facilitation, and post-training evaluation.
3. Budgeting & HR Operations
- Collaborate in annual budget exercises and finalize HR budgets for the business unit.
- Ensure optimal utilization of HR resources and cost management.
4. Performance Management & Employee Development
- Guide employees and managers in completing KPI, Balanced Scorecard, KRA, PMS, and goal-setting processes.
- Facilitate self and team evaluations during the annual appraisal process.
- Streamline performance management, reward, recognition, and retention plans across the organization.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Lead engagement programs such as suggestion schemes, quality circles, vision-mission-values initiatives, Fun Work, and recognition programs.
- Drive compensation rationalization and implement retention measures to reduce turnover.
- Conduct personnel counseling and motivation initiatives to build a high-performance culture.
