JOB PROFILE:-The role will partner closely with CEO and leadership team to drive:

- Talent acquisition & workforce planning

- Performance management

- Leadership development

- Employee engagement & culture

- HR operations & compliance

- Organizational development & transformation

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:-

- 12-20 years HR leadership experience

- Background in KPO/ITES/BPM/shared services/technology-led services

- Experience managing HR for 500+ employee organizations

- Strong exposure to scaling organizations and transformation initiatives

- Experience partnering with CXOs/founders

- MBA/PGDM - HR preferred
