Talent Acquisition & Workforce Growth:

- Lead the end-to-end hiring strategy across levels, with a strong personal involvement in closing senior and leadership roles.

- Drive hiring for high-performance, metrics-driven functions such as sales, operations, and business teams.

- Build scalable hiring processes, improve turnaround time, and ensure high-quality talent outcomes.

- Act as a trusted hiring partner to founders and senior stakeholders.

People & Culture Leadership:

- Shape and nurture a strong, performance-oriented culture aligned with the companys values and growth goals.

- Lead initiatives around employee engagement, retention, performance management, and feedback systems.

- Ensure consistent communication and transparency across the organization.

HR Operations & Generalist Leadership:

- Oversee core HR functions including HRBP support, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

- Strengthen HR processes, policies, and systems while maintaining agility suitable for a startup environment.

- Ensure operational rigor and discipline across HR functions without compromising speed.

Team Management:

- Build, mentor, and lead a multi-functional HR team of 1215 members across Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Payroll, and Onboarding.

- Foster accountability, ownership, and high energy within the team.

- Set clear goals, track outcomes, and ensure timely execution without drop-offs.

- Proven experience working in high-growth startups with strong operational and sales rigor.

- Deep, hands-on expertise in Talent Acquisition, with the ability to independently drive and close critical senior hires.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in interacting with leadership teams.

- Prior experience leading and scaling HR teams across multiple sub-functions.

- Ability to balance strategic people initiatives with day-to-day execution.
