The organization partners with enterprise clients on digital transformation initiatives spanning AI & Automation, Cloud Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Managed Services, and Engineering-led solutions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of HR to lead the India HR function end-to-end while overseeing US HR operations in a matrixed environment.
This role demands a strong executor-someone who can bring structure, build governance, and drive measurable outcomes, beyond just defining strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. India HR Leadership - Lead the full spectrum of HR: HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and HR OperationsDrive HR governance, compliance, and policy frameworks ,Partner closely with the India CEO and business leadership to align HR with business priorities
2. US HR Operations Oversight
Oversee US HR operations including Compensation & Benefits, immigration, onboarding, and compliance.Collaborate with US stakeholders in a matrixed structure, Ensure seamless HR alignment and execution across geographies
3. Execution & Governance
- Strengthen operational rigor, reporting, and process discipline
- Drive consistency and scalability in HR processes
- Focus on retention, organizational stability, and culture building
Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate in HR (mandatory)
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience
- Currently a No. 2 HR leader in a mid-sized / Tier 2 organization, ready to step into a Head HR role or someone who is already in #1 role in HR
- Experience shared services / GSS environments is must.
- Strong exposure to matrix organizations with US stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience in US HR processes (C&B, immigration, compliance)
- Demonstrated career stability
- Preferred age: Below 50 years
- Willingness to travel as required
