Role Overview: The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy to support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational excellence. This role will focus on talent acquisition, culture building, leadership development, and compliance, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent while fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1.
