
Role Overview:
As the Head of HR based in Jaipur, you will serve as the strategic architect of our human capital framework, driving the organizations growth through high-impact people initiatives. You will work closely with the C-suite and senior leadership to align talent strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring that our culture remains a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive talent management and leadership development programs to build a robust internal talent pipeline and ensure succession readiness.
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes across all departments.
- Oversee the end-to-end HR operations and compliance framework to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to statutory regulations while maintaining a seamless employee experience.
- Partner with business heads to implement data-driven performance management systems that reward excellence and align individual contributions with company KPIs.
- Direct the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, thereby attracting and retaining top-tier industry talent.
- Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights to the board, enabling informed decision-making regarding workforce planning and organizational restructuring.
- Cultivate a positive employee relations environment by resolving complex grievances and promoting a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and high morale.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in acting as a strategic HR Business Partner, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse business units.
- Proven track record in organizational development, specifically in scaling teams and restructuring departments to meet evolving market demands.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging HR technology and data analytics to optimize workforce productivity and predict talent trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating sensitive employee relations issues with empathy, discretion, and professional maturity.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance, ensuring the organization remains audit-ready at all times.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Jaipur, demonstrating the leadership presence required to mentor teams and drive culture from the ground up.
- Minimum of 10 to 20 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within fast-paced or growth-oriented organizations.
