
Job role: Head HR
Working Days: 6 days
Location: Thane
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Systems:
- Set up and own end-to-end HR operations: hiring, onboarding, payroll, attendance, exits, and documentation
- Implement and manage HRMS / payroll / leave / performance systems
- Build standardized HR SOPs across corporate and hospital locations
Hospital Workforce Planning:
- Design manpower models for hospitals and therapy centres
- Plan and manage staffing across clinical, nursing, technical, operations, and corporate roles
- Partner with medical leadership and centre heads on workforce needs
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead hiring for: Doctors, nurses, technicians, transplant/therapy teams o Hospital operations roles o Corporate and leadership positions
- Create structured, process-driven hiring workflows with clear SLAs
Performance Management & Training:
- Implement performance management systems suitable for hospital and clinical environments
- Design and roll out structured training frameworks, including:
- New-joiner onboarding and role readiness
- Mandatory compliance, safety, and quality training
- Periodic refreshers and upskilling programs
- Coordinate with medical leadership to support clinical, operational, and compliance training, without duplicating medical ownership
Policies, Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital staffing norms, and statutory requirements
- Draft and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and grievance processes
- Ensure audit and documentation readiness across locations
Leadership & Culture:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to founders and senior doctors
- Build a professional, execution-driven, and accountable culture - Handle employee relations issues with maturity and discretion
