
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership:
Define and execute the HR strategy for the Global Capability Center (GCC) aligned with global and India business objectives.- Partner with global leadership on organisation design, workforce planning, and capability building.- Drive a high-performance, innovation-led, people-first culture.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Lead end-to-end hiring for technology, digital, product, analytics, and corporate functions within the GCC.- Build scalable talent acquisition engines to support rapid center expansion.- Develop strong leadership hiring and succession pipelines.
3. Talent Management & Development:
Design performance management and career progression frameworks.- Identify high-potential talent and drive succession planning for critical roles.- Lead L&D, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.
4. Culture, Engagement & Employer Branding:
Build a strong GCC culture aligned with global values and local market dynamics.- Drive engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives.- Position the GCC as an employer of choice in the Hyderabad talent market.
5. HR Operations & Compliance:
Oversee HR operations, policies, governance, and statutory compliance.- Establish scalable HR processes, HRMS, and service delivery frameworks.- Ensure audit readiness and strong risk controls.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Lead C&B strategy, benchmarking, and rewards structuring.- Design competitive compensation frameworks aligned to GCC talent markets.- Drive pay-for-performance and retention programs.
7. GCC HR & Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with Global COEs, India leadership, and functional heads.- Support center growth, site expansion, and capability transformation.- Drive workforce productivity, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles-
- Strong experience in GCC / Shared Services / Global Capability Centers-
- Exposure to technology, digital, product, or analytics talent ecosystems-
- Proven track record in scaling GCCs / building centers of excellence-
- Strong stakeholder management with global leaders-
- Agile, hands-on, and comfortable in high-growth environments
