Job Description - The Senior Manager - HR will serve as the primary HR lead for Bangalore operations while also overseeing HR activities in Noida. Reporting directly to the Corporate VP of Human Resources, this role partners closely with business leaders, operations teams, and the global HR function to align the employee lifecycle with the strategic goals of the organization. The incumbent will drive talent strategies, foster a high-performance culture, ensure compliance, and manage a small team to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Description
Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, compensation, and development.
- Partner with global HR to design, implement, and localize corporate HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and workforce analytics to recommend systemic improvements.
- Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and background verification of new hires.
- Manage new hire data entry and employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS system.
- Address complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and corrective actions.
- Drive engagement initiatives, CSR programs, and recognition activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, GMC), and internal audits.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, bonuses, and reimbursements in collaboration with the Noida team.
- Partner with managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and employee development initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting on HR metrics, trends, and risks to the Corporate VP - HR.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HRBP responsibilities and operations.
- Experience managing multi-location HR teams and working in global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and MS Office; ability to analyze and report HR data.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
