Job Description:

1. The Head HR will drive the overall HR strategy to strengthen business performance and foster a high-impact, growth-oriented culture, with strong focus on volume, cost and productivity.

2. This senior leadership role is instrumental in shaping talent and organizational design to meet global productivity benchmarks while promoting transparency, empowerment, and accountability

3. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Head HR will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust leadership pipelines, enhancing talent capabilities, and driving digital transformation in HR.

4. A strong focus on business partnering, innovation, compliance, and AI/data-driven decision-making and bench marking with global practices will be critical for success of the business, along with building a high-performing HR team that delivers strategic value.
