Position Title: HR Head

We at BeJobbed have engaged by a major FMCG organisation to find a suitable incumbent to take up the role of Head HR.

Location: Balasore, Odisha

Department: Human Resource

Incumbent of this position will lead the Human Resources function of the organization and shall be responsible for:

Strategic HR Processes:

- Driving Vision Mission Values in alignment with the organizational goals, Culture Development, Compensation & Benefits, Compliances, Employee Engagement, Driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity, Talent Acquisition

Talent & Capability Development:

- Promoting workplace diversity, equity and inclusion, strengthening talent acquisition pipelines, Talent Development, designing Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Individual Development Plan, Academic Partnerships.

Admin & Security Management:

- Oversee the Travel & Estate Services, Vendor Management, leading the Security team.

Industrial Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

- Maintaining relationship with internal & external stakeholders such as Trade Union Management, Contract Labor Management, CSR Institution, Legal & Statutory Compliance, liaising with district & state authorities, local public representatives & key stakeholders.

Occupational Health & Safety:

- Overseeing the Health & Safety functions, Regulatory Compliance, Employee Well-being, Security Systems & Safe Audits, Emergency Preparedness.

HR Management Systems & Analytics:

- Driving automation in HR Processes including SAP S4 HANA, HRMS, ESS Portals, HR Analytics etc.
