Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to build a strong workforce.

- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.

- Design and execute performance management systems to enhance employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across all HR practices.

- Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and organisational changes.

- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an equitable work environment.

- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles with GCCs

- Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing HR processes effectively.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

- Ability to drive change and implement innovative HR strategies.
