About the Role:
This is a key executive who develops and leads the organization's human capital strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry-specific regulations. The role involves all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition to culture building, with a strong focus on strategic leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's vision and develop HR strategies that support overall business goals and long-term growth.
- Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including strategic talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Organizational Development & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture, leading initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management systems that drive high performance and ensure fairness.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and operations comply with local, national, and industry-specific labor laws and regulations, a critical function in the highly regulated alcobev industry.
- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, managing complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Data and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the HR department team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
- Change Management: Drive initiatives related to organizational change and support company-wide transformation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree (MBA or MA in HR) is often preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 16-20 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Industry Knowledge: Specific experience or a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and market dynamics within the alcoholic beverage industry is advantageous.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are highly desired.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, people management, and strategic thinking capabilities.

- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, best practices, and employment law.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ERP systems like SAP) and data analytics.
