
This is a full-time Head - Human Resources role with a well-established mid-sized fintech organization operating in the short-term unsecured lending space. The Head - HR will be responsible for building and strengthening the people function by optimizing workforce effectiveness, supporting business growth, and driving practical HR strategies for longterm sustainability. The role will oversee end-to-end HR including strategy formulation and execution, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations for an employee base of approximately 250 stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of HR experience of which some part should be in a mid size startup.
- Ability to work through chaos, managing demanding stakeholders and Founders.
- Must be a problem solver who can pull in all resources to solve for organizational issues.
- Emphatic communicator who can sell his/her ideas to the Founders/Board members with logic and depth.
- Should be a hands on person who has the domain expertise and execution experience.
