Lead the India HR function for a high-growth global fintech, partnering closely with leadership to build teams, shape culture, and scale the organization during a critical growth phase.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and lead the HR function in India across business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee experience.
- Partner with leadership to drive org design, workforce planning, and capability building.
- Anchor hiring strategy to support aggressive growth plans across functions.
- Drive culture, engagement, and retention initiatives aligned with global values.
- Establish scalable HR processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people and organizational matters.
Ideal Candidate :
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech/startup, Fintech environments
- Demonstrated experience in building teams and scaling organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- MBA (Tier 1 Institution )
