About the Role:
Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead the people function at our fast-growing retail startup. Youll build and scale HR processes that support business growth, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee experience across stores and HQ.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR strategy across talent, culture, and operations
- Drive recruitment and workforce planning for stores and corporate roles
- Implement performance management, L&D, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure smooth HR operations across multi-store formats
- Build scalable HR policies, ensure compliance, and manage C&B
- Use HR analytics to inform decisions and track key people metrics

- 12+ years in HR, with experience in fashion retail or consumer startups
- Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and execution mindset
