Job Summary:
The Head of HR crafts and implements HR strategies to fuel organizational growth, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Key focus areas include recruitment, performance management, compensation, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures HR initiatives enhance productivity and support scalable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate HR policies, lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning aligned with company goals.
- Oversee performance appraisals, training programs, employee relations, and diversity initiatives.
- Maintain legal compliance, manage benefits/payroll, and use HR analytics for informed decision-making.
- Partner with executives on workforce planning and organizational development business.
Required Qualifications:
- Tier 1 MBA/PGDM from premier institutions (e.g., IIM Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Calcutta, ISB, XLRI) or equivalent advanced degree in HR/Business.
- 12-17 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, labor laws, strategic planning, and strong interpersonal/analytical skills.
