Key Responsibilities:

- Drive unified HR strategy across group entities with tailored execution

- Lead org design, performance, and culture-building frameworks at scale

- Oversee all core HR functions including talent, operations, and development

- Strengthen HR governance, compliance, and operational efficiency

- Partner with leadership and board on people strategy and organizational growth

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience

- Proven success in startup environments; multi-entity exposure preferred

- Track record of building scalable people practices in dynamic settings

- Excellent communication, presence, and stakeholder management skills

- Drives alignment between talent strategy and long-term business objectives
