Description: Job Title: Head of Human Resources Location: Noida Industry: Technology Employee Strength: ~ - 500 Employees Reporting To: CEO CTC: 30-40 lacs Role Overview: The Head of HR will lead the people strategy for a growing organization. The role will focus on organizational transformation, change management, talent acquisition, and HR process optimization to support business growth and operational excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for building scalable HR systems, strengthening organizational capability, and driving a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business growth plans. - Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. - Drive workforce planning and organizational design. - Build scalable HR processes to support business expansion. - Establish HR metrics and dashboards for decision-making. 2. Organizational Transformation & Change Management: - Lead HR transformation initiatives including process improvement and automation. - Drive organizational change programs including restructuring and capability building. - Improve employee productivity and operational efficiency. - Implement performance-driven culture and accountability frameworks. - Lead initiatives for cultural alignment and employee engagement. 3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: - Lead talent acquisition strategy for volume hiring and niche roles. - Build efficient recruitment processes to support rapid hiring. - Develop strong sourcing channels and recruitment partnerships. - Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics. - Build employer branding initiatives. 4. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations including: i. Payroll coordination ii. Employee lifecycle management iii. HRIS systems iv. Policy design and implementation - Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. - Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs. 5. Performance Management & Capability Building: - Implement performance management frameworks aligned with business goals. - Build leadership development and succession planning programs. - Drive employee development and training initiatives. - Identify and address skill gaps across functions. 6. Employee Engagement & Retention: - Develop programs to improve employee engagement and retention. - Drive initiatives to reduce attrition in BPO operations. - Strengthen internal communication and employee relations. - Implement employee feedback mechanisms. 7. HR Digitization & Process Excellence: - Lead HR automation and digitization initiatives. - Implement or upgrade HRMS/ATS systems. - Improve reporting and analytics capabilities. - Standardize HR processes across business units. Key Deliverables (First 12 Months) - Stabilize recruitment engine for business growth. - Reduce attrition and improve retention. - Implement structured performance management system. - Build leadership pipeline. - Improve HR process efficiency. - Implement HR technology solutions. Candidate Profile: Experience: - 12-18 years of HR experience. - Minimum 5 years in HR leadership role. - Experience in BPO / Financial Services / Accounting Services / Shared Services preferred. - Strong experience in organizational transformation and change management. - Proven experience managing 300+ employee organizations. Education: - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
