Job Description:
Looking for a dynamic and hands- on Lead - HR to own and drive the complete people charter for a fast- growing, innovation- driven financial services organization. This role is ideal for someone who can independently build HR systems, partner with senior leadership, and create scalable people practices from the ground up. You will work closely with the founders and business heads.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
- Manage and oversee employee performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture in the Gurgaon office.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational goals effectively.
- Experience working in high- growth, dynamic environments (fintech/startup/financial services preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and employee lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Agile, solution- oriented, and comfortable owning end- to- end HR delivery.
- Ability to operate independently and build processes from scratch.
- Direct working relationship with senior leadership and founders.
- A high- impact role with autonomy and room to experiment.
