Major Responsibilities: The role holder will be responsible to manage the

- The role holder will be accountable to manage & drive the transformation journey & HR strategy of the organization.

- Drive and upgrade the PMS system

- Employee Engagement and Communication

- Organization restructuring

- Organization development & Culture building

- HR initiatives to address & reduce attrition

- Compensation & Benchmarking

- Rewards & recognition

- HR Budgeting Cost Controlling Data Analysis

- Employee Life Cycle Management

- Employee Benefits & Relations

- Employee Experience & HR Technology

- Reporting & Analytics

- The role holder will work closely with the Internal Stakeholders to ensure consistent employee experience & will support the growth plans.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Candidates managing entire gamut of HR for min 15-25 years

- Candidates having working experience of PSU Banks, Small Finance Bank, NBFC, Nationalized Banks
