Location: Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end HR across a multi-plant setup
- Ensure strong workforce discipline, grievance handling, and policy compliance on the shop floor
- Proactively manage employee relations to maintain industrial harmony and mitigate unionization risks
- Engage with local authorities and ensure compliance with labour regulations and statutory norms
- Drive HR effectiveness by aligning people practices with operational and business priorities
Ideal Candidate:
- 25+ years of HR experience in mid to large-scale manufacturing; plant HR exposure is a must
- Background in promoter-led organizations undergoing professional transition
- Strong exposure to employee relations and compliance management
- Experience in handling large blue-collar workforce across multiple locations
- Proactive, grounded leader with a firm grasp of ER/IR dynamics and risk mitigation
