Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute HR strategies that enable business growth and innovation.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, change management, and culture building.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized software and automotive technology roles.
- Build strong employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
Performance & Capability Development
- Implement robust performance management systems and career progression frameworks.
- Identify skill gaps and drive targeted learning, technical upskilling, and leadership development initiatives.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.
- Address employee relations proactively and maintain transparent communication channels.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Drive process excellence through HR technology and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in software development companies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to operate strategically and hands-on.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
