Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on discipline, governance, and compliance.
- Design, implement, and strictly enforce HR policies, processes, and controls across the organization.
- Drive HR systems maturity by implementing and managing HRMS platforms.
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, PIPs, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, internal audits, and external audits.
- Establish recruitment governance including role clarity, approval workflows, and salary band control.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational structure, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, performance, and exits.
- Act as a strong custodian of organizational culture, ethics, and professional conduct.
- Provide clear reporting and dashboards to leadership on HR metrics and risks.
Must-Have Capabilities / Skills:
- Strong expertise in HR operations with proven ability to enforce policies and discipline.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho, Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience handling terminations, PIPs, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Strong recruitment governance experience with tight control over compensation bands and approvals.
- Ability to build structure, define accountability, and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- High attention to detail with a process-driven and execution-focused mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
