A leading company in the Manufacturing & Specialty Chemicals sector is looking for an accomplished Head Human Resources & Organization Development to drive organizational transformation, leadership development, and build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive organization structure review and manpower optimization

- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives

- Strengthen KRAs, KPIs, and performance management systems

- Drive organizational development and change management programs

- Build talent development and leadership capability frameworks

- Foster a performance-driven and employee-centric culture

- Provide strategic guidance on Industrial Relations and Labour Management

- Strengthen HR governance, policies, and compliance frameworks

- Lead strategic talent acquisition and leadership hiring

- Partner closely with senior management on organization, culture, and business transformation initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute

- 15- 25 years of HR leadership experience (minimum 10 years)

- Experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Engineering, Automotive, Building Materials, Metals, or similar industries

- Exposure to both Plant HR and Corporate HR

- Proven experience in organization restructuring, transformation, succession planning, leadership development, and Industrial Relations

- Stable career progression with long tenures preferred
