Role Overview: The incumbent will be responsible for managing Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Administration functions for a large metal & mining project. Reporting to senior management, the role will ensure smooth HR operations, positive employee relations, and effective administrative support aligned with project objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with project and organizational goals


- Design and execute industrial relations strategies to maintain harmonious relationships with employees and unions


- Plan and implement administrative strategies to support overall project operations


- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives


- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, safety regulations, and internal policies.


- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities including facilities management, documentation, and vendor coordination


- Support learning, training, and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability


- Handle employee grievances and promote a positive and productive work environment


- Foster collaboration, effective communication, and alignment with organizational values


Requirements:


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


- Proven experience in HR, Industrial Relations, and Administration, preferably in coal mining or heavy industry projects


- Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR practices, and administrative processes


- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills


- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, project-based environment
